As we test new recipes and discover how to cook and bake with new ingredients we've been blessed with so many other pioneers in the gluten-free, dairy-free and sugar-free diet with blogs full of delicious recipes. My favorite has been the Gluten-free Goddess -- everything I have made has turned out just like her pictures! That's always encouraging no matter what ingredients you're using! A friend of mine authors the Gluten-free Cheapskate and she's got some yummy ideas for those of us on a budget or serving small kids. In fact, finding foods that my toddler will eat has been the most difficult part of this transition for me. Well, that and what to pack in my husband's lunches. Basically, it's been an adventure in the food department and I thought I'd share some of our successes.
